This is a souvenir from Oita prefecture.

Toriten means chicken tempura.
Toriten is a specialty of Oita.

This souvenir is a rice cracker which mixed with the flavor of Toriten.
It's very crunchy.
It is the taste such as fried chicken.

It is very tasty.
