This is a kind of doughnut. 

It is made of tapioca powder, so it has the springy texture of doughnut. 

The doughnut is filling with chocolate cream. 

It has the rich taste of chocolate.

OYAKO DON

Today I'd like to introduce one of Japanese foods,"OYAKO DON."

OYAKO DON is a kind of rice bowl dishes.

It is translated literally OYAKO for parent and child, but "OYAKO DON"  means rice bowl dish of chicken and egg. 

OYAKO DON is a bowl of rice with chicken cooked with egg in soup stock on top. 

The mushy half-boiled egg is so delicious !!!

I really love it. 

You can eat OYAKO DON at the restaurant of specializes in Udon noodle or Soba noodle.

The illuminations of the Christmas tree turn on.
