Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir of Kagoshima.

This is "Anno imo butter".
This is a souvenir from Kagoshima prefecture.

Anno imo is a kind of  sweet potato which is very sweet, and originally came from Kagoshima.

This is the jam of sweet potato which is made of Anno imo and butter.

The fragrance of sweet potato is strong.
It is sweet and delicious !!

Tsukeage

Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir of Kagoshima.

This is "Tsukeage".
This is a souvenir from Kagoshima prefecture.

Tsukeage is a kind of fried kamaboko ( deep‐fried minced fish and vegetables ).
We call it "Satsumaage".
This is one of the local cooking of Kagoshima.

It has the taste of fish and sweetness.
Tsukeage is containing brawn sugar, so it has the sweetness.

Tsukeage is widely eaten as a snack, side dish for sake, and an accompanying dish.

It is so delicious !!

Yaki Doughnut "The flavor of burnt butter"

Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir of Kagoshima.

This is it, Yaki Doughnut "The flavor of burnt butter".
This is a souvenir from Kagoshima Prefecture.

It is sold by Satsuma Jokiya.
Satsuma Jokiya is a well-established Japanese sweet shop in Kagoshima.

 

This is not a deep-fried doughnut.
It is the baked doughnut.

The dough is so soft like a sponge cake.
The flavor of butter is very thick.

It is super delicious !!!

Unique soybean milk : soybean milk drink "fig"

Today I'd like to introduce the other soybean milk.

This is it, soybean milk drink "fig".
It is also sold by Fukuren.

Fukuren is a company in Fukuoka.
National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations runs this Fukuren.

This soybean milk made of soybeans and figs from Fukuoka.
It is the soybean milk containing fig fruit juice.

It has the taste of fig well.
It is so refresh !!

Kagome YASAI SEIKATSU 100 : Smoothie soy milk and banana mixed juice

I found the new one, so I introduce it, today.

This mixed juice is a kind of smoothie containing soy milk, banana, apple, and 14 kinds of vegetables.
It is so smooth and mild.

It is super delicious !!
It is my favorite !

It is a new product released on March 14, 2017.

There are 9 chocolates in this product.
The price is around 220 yen.

It is the green tea chocolate containing macadamia nuts.

The green tea chocolate is very mild.
The macadamia nuts has the fragrant flavor.

It is so good !!

The Fukuoka City Museum : Finnish Design 2017

I went for The Fukuoka City Museum in Fukuoka Prefecture yesterday.

It is a municipal museum which located in Sawara-ku, Fukuoka-city, Fukuoka Prefecture.
The museum displays the local history and folklore.

I went to the museum to see an exhibition of Finnish Design 2017.
This exhibition is scheduled to close on  March 20.

This display is held as memory of the 100th anniversary of the independence in Finland.
The display introduces the Finnish design for 100 years from decorative arts before the independence.

The textiles of marimekko are being displayed in the lobby of the museum.
I really love the design !!

I want to go on a trip for Finland.

This is it, "Kinako bo Ice cream."
It is released on February 28, 2017.
It is sold only at Family Mart.

I introduced "Kinako bo" before.

Kinako bo means a stick of soybean flour.
It is the ice cream which based on Kinako Bo.

This is the ice-lolly of kinako,coating kinako chocolate.
It is containing black syrup sauce.

I introduced the long-seller product, "Mt. RAINIER Caffe Latte."
I found the new one, so I introduce it, today.

I went for the 23rd festival "Jojima sakagura biraki" to Kurume on February 11.
This festival is the event to enjoy newly-made sake.

I visited a one of sake brewery.

It is the sake brewing company, "Mori no Kura".
It is located in Mizuma cho, Kurume city, Fukuoka Prefecture.

There were sake barrels.
The sake brewery smelled very good Japanese sake.

The raw sake was sold only in this day.
It was so fresh !!

I really enjoyed sake !!

I went for the 23rd festival "Jojima sakagura biraki" to Kurume on February 11.
This festival is the event to enjoy newly-made sake.

I bought Japanese sake for souvenirs.

This is "One cup sake".
"One cup sake" is a sake sold in a glass.
The price is 200 yen.

I like this nostalgic pattern.
After finished drinking sake, this glass is usable at the glass or  the vase.

I gave this sake to my female friends as the souvenirs.
They were pleased that the sake was delicious.

I went for the 23rd festival "Jojima sakagura biraki" to Kurume on February 11.
This festival is the event to enjoy newly-made sake.

There were many booths of food there.
I found the sweets.

This is the cake of pure rice sake.
It is the sponge cake flavored with the pure rice sake.

It is a moist cake.
It smells Japanese sake strongly.

It is so delicious !!!

I went for the 23rd festival "Jojima sakagura biraki" to Kurume on February 11.
This festival is the event to enjoy newly-made sake.

There were a lot of food stalls there.

I bought fried chicken.
The fried chicken was a snack of sake.

I bought the French fries.
Both were very delicious.
It was good for the snack of sake.

I went for the 23rd festival "Jojima sakagura biraki" to Kurume on February 11.
This festival is the event to enjoy newly-made sake.

There are many booths of food there, too.

I bought a Chinese rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves.
The price was 250 yen.

It was made of duck.
The duck was very tasty.

I went for the 23rd festival "Jojima sakagura biraki" to Kurume on February 11.
This festival is the event to enjoy newly-made sake.

It is event space of the A class which general sake or sake brewed without addition of saccharides and no more than 120 litres of seed alcohol per tonne.
People can drink one cup of sake of A class by one ticket.
B class is Junmai Sake, and people can drink one cup of sake of B class by two tickets.

It is event space of the C class which junmai ginjoshu or junmai daiginjoshu.
People can drink one cup of sake of  C class by three tickets.

The junmai ginjoshu and the junmai daiginjoshu are very expensive.
This C class was very popular.

People enjoyed sake under the blue sky !!

I went for the 23rd festival "Jojima sakagura biraki" to Kurume on February 11.

This festival is the event to enjoy newly-made sake.

I bought the tickets.
I need the tickets to compare by drinking of newly-made sake.
It is 600 yen by a book of tickets.
The tickets has 12 pieces of spelling.

The small sake cup comes without exception.
It is the nice sake cup !!

I went for the 23rd festival "Jojima sakagura biraki" to Kurume on February 11.

This festival is the event to enjoy newly-made sake.

It was such a cold day, but many people came the festival.

This place is the event space of combined liquor store and bar.
We call it "Kaku-uchi".

People can buy one cup of newly-made sake from around 300 yen.
Everyone enjoy  newly-made sake !!
