Osaka day trip:1

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

I went for a one-day trip to Osaka on March 9.
My total time in Osaka was only 10 hours, but that was a very fulfilling trip.

I went to Osaka with my older sister, because she used to live in Osaka and knew a lot about　there.

We woke up early in order to take the 7am Shinkansen at Kokura station in Kitakyusyu city.
The morning was still dark.

The 7am Shinkansen was not crowded, because it was early in morning on weekdays.
We could eat breakfast slowly on the Shinkansen.

It was about 2 hours from Kokura Station to Shin-Osaka Station.
The Sanyo Shinkansen line had many tunnels, so we couldn't enjoy the scenery through the windows.
When we approached Shin-Osaka Station, we could finally look the scenery through the windows, but it was rain.

Tickets of the 40th anniversary of the Sanyo Shinkansen whole line opening

I went for a one-day trip to Osaka last week.
The distance in a straight line from Fukuoka to Osaka is about 430Km.

I usually go to Osaka by staying overnight.
But this time, I got a bargain ticket of Shinkansen, so I went for a one-day trip to Osaka.
 

The tickets were bargain tickets of Shinkansen.
It was the tickets of the 40th anniversary of the Sanyo Shinkansen whole line opening.
These tickets was sold time-limited, because the Sanyo Shinkansen became the whole line opening 40th anniversary in this year.

The normal price of the Shinkansen is 14,450 yen from Kitakyusyu(Fukuoka) to Osaka by one way.
But it costs 5610yen by one way !!
It is surprisingly cheap !!

Oreo : soft cookies Matcha Milk

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

It's started to enter into the spring season recently.
With the coming of spring, sweets of the green tea taste are sold well in the public.
It is one of products which I introduced "Pocky of Kasane-Matcha" last time.

Today I'd like to introduce a unique sweets of Matcha.

This is the product,"Oreo soft cookies Matcha Milk".

This is a product unlike normal Oreo.

The cookies are very thick and soft.
It seems the sponge cake rather than a cookie.

It is filled with green tea cream and milk source.
It is like the confectionery.
That's so  delicious !!

Pocky : Kasane-Matcha

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

I introduced "Pocky" before.

Today I'd like to introduce the new product of "Pocky".

This is the new product,"Kasane-Matcha".
It is a new product released on February 10, 2015.

Kasane means double in Japanese.
Kasane-Matcha means  double green tea.

The pretzels include powdered green tea.
And it is coated with green tea chocolate.

I can feel bitterness of the green tea.
This pocky is slightly sweet and delicious !!

Tsubaki

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

The tsubaki trees are blossoming in our garden.

The tsubaki blooms in the winter.

Tsubaki is one of the seasonal charms of winter.
When a flower is scattered, spring comes.

Chikugo-Drive :LeSucre

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

I went for a drive to Chikugo area, last month.
Fruit and wheat cultivation are thriving in this area.
So, there are many bakeries and patisserie in the area.

At last, I visited a cake shop.

This is the cake shop,"Le Sucre".
The patissier of this cake shop makes cakes with fresh fruits which produced in this town.
There were a lot of cakes using the strawberry at the present time

This is a cake of strawberry and lychee.
It is the cake which a strawberry mousse with lychee jelly coated with white chocolate.
The sweetness of the strawberry was strong,and the lychee was fragrant.
It was so delicious!!

It is a cake of strawberry and ginger.
This cake has a sour taste of strawberry and spicy of ginger.
It was interesting taste, but It was good !!

I was glad that I could eat a lot of delicious foods.
I want to go to Chikugo, again !!

Chikugo-Drive :miel cake cafe

I went for a drive to Chikugo area, last month.
Fruit and wheat cultivation are thriving in this area.
So, there are many bakeries and patisserie in the area.

I visited Yoshii-machi where it had an old town scenery remaining.
After I ate lunch, I found a kind of patisserie shop near Ma-boya.

This is the patisserie,"miel cake cafe".
It is the Japanese house matched it with a scene of old cityscape.
This patisserie was a cafe.
I bought a baked cake, because I was full with a lunch.

I bought this pound cake with black soybeans and chestnuts.

The pound cake had a lot of black soybeans and chestnuts.
The cake was very moist.
I could smell the butter.
That was delicious and not too sweet.

I want to eat cakes at this cafe, next time !!
