It is a new product released on August 7, 2018.
It is sold only at Family Mart and Circle K Sunkus.


This is the tart of green tea. 

The tart is made by Uji matcha from Kyoto.

It has the flavor of green tea.
It is not so sweet. 

It is smooth and delicious !!!

This is "Amakusa Sable Chocolate".

This is a souvenir from Kumamoto prefecture.

Amakusa Sable Chocolate is limited sale. 

This is a sable cookie of cacao, containing the peel of BANCAN. 

BANCAN is a kind of citrus and it is a speciality of Kumamoto. 

It has the fragrant of citrus and the bitter taste of cacao. 

It is so delicious !!

Obon festival

Hello. 

This is May in Japan.   

It is the Obon festival from tomorrow. 

A fireworks display was held tonight in my hometown. 

Because the fireworks mean the requiem of the soul, so the fireworks displays are held in Japan during a Obon festival.

It is beautiful. 

New Tirol Chocolate : Yuzu Kosho

I found the New Tirol Chocolate.

This is it, "Yuzu Koshou."

It is released on August 6, 2018.

The price is 30 yen. 

Yuzu Kosho is a spicy, hot Japanese condiment made from yuzu rind, chili, and salt.

It is the chocolate of Yuzu, containing the biscuit and the cream of Yuzu Kosho.

The cream of Yuzu Kosho is spicy, but it matches the chocolate of Yuzu well. 

It is so interesting !!

I received a souvenir from my work colleagues.

Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.

This is it, "Hama Usagi."

This is a souvenir from Kanagawa prefecture.

Hama Usagi is a Japanese sweet shop in Yokohama city, Kanagawa prefecture. 

Usagi means a rabbit in Japanese. 

This package is very lovely!!

It is a steamed bun of the white bean jam. 

The white bean jam is containing apples. 

The fragrant of apple is so good. 

It is sweet and delicious!!

A mousse of blackberry

Hello.

This is May in Japan.

The blackberry in our garden bears a lot of fruit.

I harvested blackberries.

I made a mousse using the berries. 

The color is very bright purple.

The acidity of blackberry is good. 

I put yogurt in this mousse, so it has the refreshing taste!!

It was popular with my family.

This is it, Menbei the sea bream taste.

This product is sold only Nagasaki Prefecture.

I introduced " Menbei " before.

Menbei is the famous confection of Fukuoka.
