This is May in Japan.
Kogetsudo's Kuri Manju which I introduced last time.
Today I'd like to introduce "Gion Daiko"of Kogetsudo.
Gion Daiko is also the representative sweets of Kitakyusyu.
Gion Daiko is popular as well as "Kuri Manju" at Kogetsudo's shop.
This is "Gion Daiko".
Gion Daiko is one of Japanese sweets which wrapped bean jam in a pie.
That tastes so good.
The origin of the name "Gion Daiko" is the form resembles a Japanese drum at Kokura Gion festival.
I introduced Kokura Gion festival before.
The blog article, please click here →My recommendation,Kokuru Gion Matsuri
People who live in Kitakyusyu are proud of Kokura Gion festival,so they love this sweets.
