Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is "Kumamoto Karashi Renkon Senbei".
This is a souvenir from Kumamoto Prefecture.
Karashi Renkon is a dish which filled the holes of lotus root with mustard, and it is a noted product of Kumamoto.
This souvenir is a rice cracker which expresses the Karashi Renkon.
The rice cracker is covered with powder of Karashi Renkon.
This rice cracker is non-fried, so it's very crunchy.
Mustard works well and it is so delicious!!
When I visit Kumamoto, I want to buy this souvenir.
