Japanese food : Morokyu

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

I introduced MOROMI last time.
Today I'd like to introduce the cooking that uses MORIMI.

This is the Japanese food, "Morokyu."
It it food which put MOROMI on the cucumber cut into bite-sized strips.

Morokyu goes well with alcoholic drink.
It is the representative dish of nibbles for drinks.
It is a standard dish at izakaya in Japan.

I often eat Morokyu in the summer.
It is good !!
