Japanese ingredients : MOROMI

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

Today I'd like to introduce one of Japanese ingredients.


This is it, "MOROMI."
It is also called "MOROMI MISO."


MOROMI is the mixture of malt and salt water.
It is the unrefined soy-sauce.

We eat Moromi-dipped vegetables.
MOROMI goes well with cucumber.
