Today I'd like to introduce "Yoitomake".
This is a kind of roll cakes.
It is made with lotus cup jam.
The lotus cup is a fruit cultivated only in Hokkaido.
The acidity of lotus cup and sweetness of jam are so good.
This is my father's favorite souvenir of Hokkaido.
It is tasty!!
