I cooked a Japanese home cooking, "Japanese-style curry".
Japanese-style curry is a typical Japanese home cooked dish.
It is very popular with any people regardless of age or sex.
Today I'd like to introduce a recipe for Japanese-style curry of our family.
Ingredients
a moderate amount of chicken (wing meat)
1 carrot (quarter slice)
2 onions (chopped)
5 potetos (bite-size chunks cut)
a moderate amount of shiitake mushroom (quarter slice)
a box of curry roux
I used the wing meat of chicken this time, but you can use any meat like beef, pork etc...
Directions
1.Saute onions in a pan until its get brown.
2.Add the other ingredients and fry.
3.Add 1 liter of water as ingredients soak and boil.
4. Add 2 blocks of solid instant consomme seasoning and stew.
5.The ingredients are cooked and stop fire. Add broke curry roux.
6.Boil while stirring for about 5 minutes to finish.
That looks delicious.
We eat with rice.
It is a good point to use the curry roux of the different company in half-and-half.
