Japanese home cooking, "Butajiru"

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

I cooked a Japanese home cooking, the other day.
The name of Japanese home cooking is "Butajiru".

This is Butajiru.
Buta means Pork, jiru means miso soup, so Butajiru means Pork miso soup.
It is prepared by stewing pork and a lot of vegetables with miso.

We eat Butajiru well at cold season in Japan.
It is nutritious and it makes our bodies warm.

I'll  introduce a recipe for Butajiru, next time.
