My mother cooked a Japanese home cooking, "Oden".
Oden is a type of boiled and seasoned food.
Oden is a dish of various ingredients stewed in seasoned soup.
This is my mother's specialty cooking and my favorite dish.
Oden's ingredients are konnyaku,egg,fish paste,beef sinew,Japanese radish etc.
It takes 2 days and more to cook Oden.
It is necessary to stew it well to let taste soak well.
It is a good dish to eat for winter !!
