Today I'd like to introduce a unique product of potato chips.
This is the potato chip of umekobucha.
It is sold by Calbee (a major company of the potato chip) .
"Umekobucha" is the tea made of powdered kelp with freeze-dried plum powder.
It seems the soup stock with a sourish taste.
It has an acidic taste and a deeper flavor.
This is the Japanese taste !!
