I received a souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.



This is it, "Ajari Mochi".
This is a souvenir from KYOYO.

It is the most popular souvenir at Kyoto Station.

Ajari Mochi is one of the Japanese traditional confectionery.

It is the baked rice cake containing red bean jam.
It is refined sweetness and so delicious !!

It it good for a souvenir of KYOTO !!

A souvenir : Brown sugar doughnut sticks

I received a souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.

This is "Brown sugar doughnut sticks".
This is a souvenir from Kumamoto Prefecture.

It has always been popular as souvenir of Kumamoto.
This 1 box has 3 doughnuts which individually packed.

The doughnut is a stick-like shape.
The doughnut is sopped in brown sugar syrup.

This brown sugar syrup has plenty of body.
This is very delicious !!
 

Traditional sweets : Kinako Bo

Today I'd like to introduce one of traditional sweets in Japan.

This is the sweets, "Kinako bo".

Kinako means soybean flour, Bo means stick.
Kinako bo means a stick of soybean flour.

Kinako bo produced by adding sugar and glutinous malt sugar to soybean flour and kneading it and formed a stick-like.
It is a very simple sweets.

It is a simple flavor.
It is so yummy without loosing interest.

I love it.

This year, Meltykiss has 4 kinds of flavor.
The flavors are  Premium chocolate, Fruity strawberry, Green tea and Rum raisin.

Today, I want to introduce  one of flavor, green tea chocolate.

There are around 15 chocolates of individual package in this product.
The price is about 250 yen.

The chocolate really melts in my mouth!!
It has a mild taste of green tea.

We can eat this great chocolate only winter season.

The texture is very ligth.

Today I'd like to introduce the new product of Cup Noodles.

This is the new product,"Cup Noodles Pasta Style Japanese cod roe".
It is released on November 2, 2015.

This is the pasta product of Cup Noodles.
We have to drain hot water and add sauce in it.

The sauce is made of soy sauce and butter with cod roe.
It is very tasty !!

KATSU DON

Today I'd like to introduce one of Japanese foods,"KATSU DON."

KATSU DON is a kind of rice bowl dishes.

"KATSU" is TON KASTU(pork cutlet), "DON" means rice bowl dish.

KATSU DON is a bowl of rice with tonkatsu cooked with egg in soup stock on top. 

KATSU DON is large volume and very delicious!!

You can eat KATSU DON at the restaurant of specializes in pork cutlets or Udon noodle. 

Please eat KATSU DON , if you're hungry.

This is "Gajuri".
This is a souvenir from Hiroshima prefecture.

This product is a kind of lemon peels.
Hiroshima has a special product of lemon.

The peel has bitterness, but there is little acidity so it is easy to eat.
It is refreshing and so nice !!
