This is "Bra Dora Sweet Chocolate".

This is a souvenir from Hiroshima  prefecture.

Bra means Brandy, Dora means Dorayaki. 

It is a kind of Japanese confectionery, "Dorayaki".

Dorayaki is two small pancakes with bean jam in between.

This Dorayaki filled with sweet green beans paste and chocolate.

The pancakes are made by cacao. 

It has the rich flavor of Brandy. 

It is mild and delicious !!!

This is one of traditional Japanese confectioneries which made from sweet bean paste.
The sweet bean paste is the strained bean jam.
The strained bean jam is so smooth.
It is not too sweet and delicious.

I introduced the sweets shop "Musashiya" in Oita prefecture, before.
Today I'd like to introduce the menu of a cafe at Musashiya Karyo.

Shiratama menas the rice-flour dumplings.
Anmistu is a food consisting of bean jam and pieces of fruit served in syrup.
Cream is the ice cream.
Shiratama cream anmitsu is the Anmistu topped with ice cream and rice-flour dumplings.

I could choose the one of ice cream in four different flavors.
I chose the Hoji-cha flavored  ice cream.

The  rice-flour dumplings are sticky.
The ice cream has the rich flavor of Hoji-cha.

It is located in Ushigami, Nakatsu-city, Oita Prefecture.
It was established in 1924.
This shop was renewed in December, 2013, and it opened a cafe.

This is the cafe, "Musashiya Karyo."
The cafe is added to the Japanese sweets shop.
The cafe is small, but it is comfortable.

I'll introduce the menu at this cafe, next time.

This Skal nata de coco & pine is the pineapple-flavored lactic acid bacteria beverage, containing nata de coco.
The texture of nata de coco is good.
