One of chocolate is Douhua. 

Douhua is a Taiwanese traditional dessert, made from Tofu. 

The chocolate of Douhua is containing the freeze dry of adzuki bean, the cream of Douhua and  puff of rice.

A fireworks display was held tonight in my hometown. 

Because the fireworks mean the requiem of the soul, so the fireworks displays are held in Japan during a Obon festival.

This is a souvenir from Kanagawa prefecture.

Hama Usagi is a Japanese sweet shop in Yokohama city, Kanagawa prefecture. 

Usagi means a rabbit in Japanese. 

This package is very lovely!!

It is a steamed bun of the white bean jam. 

The white bean jam is containing apples. 

The fragrant of apple is so good. 

It is sweet and delicious!!

A mousse of blackberry

The blackberry in our garden bears a lot of fruit.

I harvested blackberries.

I made a mousse using the berries. 

The color is very bright purple.

The acidity of blackberry is good. 

I put yogurt in this mousse, so it has the refreshing taste!!

I introduced " Menbei " before.

Menbei is the famous confection of Fukuoka.
