My mother's home cooking,"NIMONO"

This is May in Japan.

Today I'd like to introduce my mother's home cooking,"NIMONO".

"NIMONO" is a type of boiled and seasoned food in Japanese cuisine. My mother often cooks "NIMONO".
This NIMONO made of burdock, carrots, Shiitake mushrooms cooked in soy sauce and soup stock.
NIMONO which my mother cooks is thin taste, but I like it.

It is a healthy food, "NIMONO".
This is the taste of Mom’s cooking in Japan.
