Today I'd like to introduce "SASHIMI-MORIAWASE" of IZAKAYA.
SASHIMI means sliced raw fish,MORIAWASE means assortment, so "SASHIMI-MORIAWASE" means the a plate of assorted raw fish.
It is written in Japanese as 刺身盛り合わせ.
"SASHIMI-MORIAWASE" is the standard menus at izakaya as well as KUSHI-MONO.

SASHIMI-MORIAWASE is more expensive than other menus,but it is good for the appetizers taken with alcoholic drinks.
SASHIMI-MORIAWASE and sake are the best combinations !!
