Today I'd like to introduce "MARUSEI BUTTER SAND".
MARUSEI BUTTER SAND is a famous confection of Hokkaido prefecture.
It has always been popular as souvenir of Hokkaido.
It is a sweets consisting of two cookies with butter cream and rum raisin in between.
The cookies are very rich thick butter cookies.
The texture of butter cream is smooth.
The rum has a very nice smell.
This is very beautiful !!
