This is a souvenir from Kumamoto prefecture.
I introduced ""Amakusa Sable" before.
Amakusa Sable Chocolate is limited sale.
This is a sable cookie of cacao, containing the peel of BANCAN.
BANCAN is a kind of citrus and it is a speciality of Kumamoto.
It has the fragrant of citrus and the bitter taste of cacao.
It is so delicious !!
