Ganache sand of the Patisserie ERI

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

Today I'd like to introduce the sweets of The Patisserie ERI.




This is the sweets,"Ganache sand."
This Ganache sand is consisting of two sponge cakes of cocoa with ganache cream in between.

The sponge cake of cocoa is so soft.
The ganache cream is smooth.

It is very delicious !!
