This is a souvenir from Shiga prefecture.
Hiko-nyan is a image character of Hikone city, Shiga prefecture.
Hiko-nyan is pretty, so he is very popular !!
This is a cookie with a picture of Hiko-nyan printed on it.
It is sweet and nice.
