This is "Gyutan Senbei by Date Gyutan Honpo".
This is a souvenir from Miyagi prefecture.
Gyutan means beef tongue.
The beef tongue dishes are a specialty of Sendai in Miyagi prefecture.
This is a rice cracker, containing smoked beef tongue.
The smoked beef tongue is so tasty.
It is so delicious !!
