This is May in Japan.
Today I'd like to introduce the bread of Bakery Yonaga.
This is the bread,"Fish Burger."
The ingredients of this burger are fried fish,lettuce and some kind of sauce.
(I'm sorry that I couldn't realize what the sauce was.)
The bread is containing sesame and grains.
Tha bread has the good texture of grains.
The fried fish is tasty.
It is so delicious !!
