It was the day of Kagami biraki, yesterday.
Kagami biraki means the custom of cutting and eating round rice cake.
We thank the gods and pray for perfect states of health and eat round rice cakes.
I ate a Japanese confectionery in the day of Kagami biraki on January 11.
This is the Japanese confectionery,"Zenzai."
Zenzai is the red bean soup with rice cake.
It is sweet and delicious !!
The hot Zenzai made my body warm.
