Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is it, "INOCHI : Matcha".
This is a souvenir from Aomori Prefecture.
INOCHI means life in Japanese.
This is a steaming cake filling with custard cream of Matcha and red bean jam.
The steaming cake is soft.
The custard cream of Matcha matches red bean jam well.
It is sweet and delicious !!
