I got the tarts of Qu'il fait bon from my friend as a birthday present.
Today I'd like to introduce the tart.
This is "Tart of red fruits".
It is a tart cake that containing Crème Raffinée and six kinds of berries, and topping with chocolate.
The acidity of the berries is strong, but Crème Raffinée makes it mild.
It is sweet-sour, but it's yummy !!
