Today I'd like to introduce the tart.
This is Tiramisu of mango.
It is limited sale from May 13 to 19th.
It is a tart cake that containing mango mousse and mascarpone mousse, and topping with fresh mango and caramel sauce.
The tart is made of fresh mango from Thailand.
The fresh mango is so sweet and smells good !!
It has the sweetness of mango and the sourness of mascarpone cheese.
It is so refreshing and delicious !!
