Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is "Chocolate Marron".
This is a souvenir from Hokkaido.
It is sold by Rokkatei.
Rokkatei is the famous confectionary in Hokkaido.
It is a sweets consisting of two cocoa sponge cakes with the chestnut paste in between, and coated with chocolate.
the chestnut paste is made of sweet white bean paste with rum.
The fragrance of rum is strong , but it is so nice.
It is not too sweet and very delicious !
This taste is for adults.
