Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is "Mamman Rosa".
This is a souvenir from Tokushima prefecture.
My relatives live in Tokushima.
They went home and gave us the souvenir.
It is a steamed bun.
The shape is based on the plump body of mother.
It is a Japanese and Western style steamed bun using the butter and milk in white bean jam.
The white bean jam has the rich taste of butter.
It is sweet and tasty !!
