I received a souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is it, "Yaki Kaki Senbei".
This is a souvenir from Hiroshima Prefecture.
Yaki Kaki means grilled oyster.
The specialty of Hiroshima is oysters.
It is the rice cracker, containing oyster powder, seaweed and red pepper.
It has the good flavors of oyster and seaweed.
It is not too spicy.
It is so delicious !!
