This is , "Kuri Dango".
This is a souvenir from Yamaga city, Kumamoto Prefecture.
Yamaga-city is the top producer of chestnuts in West Japan.
Kuri Dango means the dumpling filling with only chestnuts.
It is the dumpling filling with only chestnuts.
It has the rich taste of chestnuts.
The dough of dumpling is made of sticky rice flour, and it is very sticky.
It is super delicious , I love it !!
