Today I'd like to introduce the souvenirs.
This is it, "Mochi Momiji-manju".
This is also a souvenir from Hiroshima Prefecture.
Momiji-manju is the baked confectionery with bean paste filling wrapped in sponge cake dough.
This momiji-manju is filled with the white beans jam and the rice cake.
The white beans jam is containing the yuzu citrus.
The rice cake is sticky.
The white beans jam has the rich flavor of yuzu citrus.
It is sweet and tasty.
