I found the new vegetables juice, so I introduce it, today.

It is a time-limited product,"Citrus depressa mixed juice."
The Citrus depressa is a fruit produced in Okinawa.

Citrus depressa is very sour.
But this mixed juice is easy to drink.
The taste seems orange juice.

It has refreshing taste !!

The rainy season was over

The Japan Meteorological Agency announced the end of the rainy season  in northern Kyushu yesterday.

This year, the end of the rainy season came later for ten days than an average year.
This is the first time !!

 I'm so happy because the nice weather continues for a while.

Today I'd like to introduce the green tea sweets.

This is the product,"Petite Bouchée Matcha Tiramisu".
It is sold by Lotte.

There are 8 of that product in one box.

This is a small bouchée consisting of two slices of matcha sponge cake with mascarpone cheese cream in between.
The taste seems a Matcha Tiramisu.

It has a bitter taste by Matcha, but it is very delicious and not too sweet !!

ILOHAS Sparkling Lemon

It is a kind of potato chips, it's similar to Pringles.

The smell of the chips seems Pizza and the taste is so good.

There are various flavors of Cup Noodles in Japan.

Today I'd like to introduce the new product of Cup Noodles.

This is the new product,"Cup Noodles Pasta Style Vongole".

It is released on June 29, 2015.

In the same way as Cup Noodles Pasta Style　Bolognese, we have to drain hot water and add sauce in it.

The clam sauce is very tasty.
The sauce goes well with pasta !!

The end of the rainy season

The Japan Meteorological Agency announced the end of the rainy season in the Kanto region.

They don't announce the end of the rainy season in the Kyusyu region yet, but the weather of Kyusyu seems the end of rainy season.
We can see thunderheads in the sky.

We call the thunderheads "clouds of summer."
The thunderheads are said to herald the end of the rainy season.

The full-blown summer has come !!

Kokura Gion Daiko drum

The festival of Kokura Gion Daiko is held in Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu City from July 17 to 19.

We can see Kokura Gion Daiko drum everywhere.
It is annual festival of Yasaka-jinja Shrine enshrined in Kokura Castle, and an old festival having the history of about 390 years.

The sound of drums is heard around Kokura Castle at night.
That festival is very exciting and fun.

A type of bread : An toast

Nikujaga is a kind of Nimono which boiled potatoes and meat.
It is representative of Japanese home cooking.
Japanese people love Nukujaga as good old home cooking.

Today I'd like to introduce a unique product of potato chips.

This is the potato chip of Yuzu gosho.
It was sold by Calbee only in the Kyushu area.
 (This product has been discontinued.)

Yuzu gosho is a kind of condiment which is made by yuzu peel and chili.
This is a flavor from the old days in Kyusyu.

That is a little spicy, but smells Yuzu (citron).
I like it.
I can't stop eating !!

Tanabata

Today,July 7 is Tanabata no Hi.

Tanabata is a kind of festival.
It is a Star Festival.

We celebrate the annual meeting of Vega and Altair on July 7.
We decorate bamboo branches with colored strips of paper with wishes written on them.

The Tanabata Festival let us know that summer has come.
