I found the new one, so I introduce it, today.

It is made of kiwi fruit from Ehime.
It has a sweet-and-sour taste of kiwi fruit.
That is refreshing and so good !!

Long holidays, "the Golden Week" has started.

The Golden Week has  started, today.

The Golden Week means the public holidays from April 29 through May 5.
It is very valuable for Japanese people because they can't take long vacation.

Some people go back to their hometown, and some people go on a trip abroad.
Therefore the expressway is congested, and the transportation is very crowded.

I don't recommend the trip to Japan during the Golden Week.
It is very crowded with many people everywhere !!

The price is around 180 yen.

It is a green tea cake filled with green tea ice cream.

The cake dough and ice cream are made of matcha powder of TSUJIRI.
TSUJIRI is a well-established teahouse of Kyoto, it is very famous in Japan.

It has a good fragrance of green tea and the bitter taste.
The green tea cake is very soft.

That is so delicious !!

When it is spring, the rice field turns pink.

What is the pink thing of the rice fields??
The answer is a plant called an Astragalus sinicus.

We call it, "Rengesou" in Japanese.

The flower of Astragalus sinicus is used as a honey source.
It is also cultivated as a green manure in the rice fields.

I love sweet fragrances of Rengesou !!

Spring has come, the flowers in our garden are in full bloom.

These are the flowers of Bellis perennis.
The small flowers are so cute.

This is the flower of Paeonia suffruticosa.
I love the dark color of this flower.

These are blossoms of a rape plant.
It was just a moment that a bee stopped the flowers.

I feel cheerful when I see the flowers !!

Tanpopo

The warm sunshine ushered in the spring.
I have been seeing "Tanpopo" a lot lately.

"Tanpopo" means dandelions in Japanese.
The dandelions bloom in mid-March and in the end of May.

I realize that spring came when I see Tanpopo !!

Edamame means green soybeans.
It is Jagarico containing Edamame and butter.

I don't feel the taste of Edamame so much, but I feel the taste of butter strongly.

Earthquake of Kumamoto and Oita

Hello.

This is May in Japan.

A big earthquake occurred on Kyushu area. 

Hundreds of aftershocks have followed.

My house was undamaged from the earthquake, but great damage has been done to Kumamoto and Oita.

The victims need support, but I do not know how I can support it. 

I think that I want to do something about supports quake victims.

This is "Hatcho Miso Story".
This is a souvenir from Nagoya city,Aichi prefecture.

Hatcho Miso is a type of soybean paste.
This is a local seasoning of Aichi Prefecture,

This souvenir is a rice cracker which seasoned with Hatcho miso.
It has the taste of Miso.
It is salty-sweet and delicious !!

The cereal bar is so crunchy and aromatic.
The white chocolate is very creamy.

Earthquake of Kumamoto

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

Last night we had a big earthquake.
At the break of dawn, the damage situation of the earthquake became clear.

The earthquake destroyed many houses, injured more than 1000 people and killed 9.
It destroyed the castle tower and the stone wall of Kumamoto Castle, too.

It paralyzed the local transportation network.
The aftershocks are continuing even now. 

I hope that people who live in Kumamoto will be able to settle down and have a good life soon....

There was a big earthquake tonight at Kyushu area.
It was an earthquake of magnitude 6.4.

The news of the earthquake broadcasts on the all commercial television now.

My house shook in the earthquake.
Here, the aftershocks are continuing even now.

There are many earthquakes in Japan.
I was forced to realize a major earthquake can take place at any time.

I hope that an earthquake stop early...

Today I'd like to introduce the instant noodles of Kyushu area limitation.

This is it, "Goboten Udon."
It is the instant noodles of Kyushu area limitation.
It is sold by Toyo Suisan.

Goboten means "tenpura (Japanese deep-fried dish) of burdock root."
The tempura of burdock root is basic as an ingredient of udon in Kyushu area.

I always order Goboten udon in a Udon noodle shop.

Put the powdery soup in the cup and pour hot water until the inside line.
Close the lid and wait for 3 minutes, it is the completion !!

The tempura of burdock root is chewy and very delicious.
The soup of Konbu and dried bonito are so tasty.

We can buy this instant noodle at supermarkets or convenient stores in Kyusyu area.
