It is the very moist madeleine !!
The flavor of the lemon is refreshing.

This snack is a rice ball-shaped rice cracker.
It is the rice cracker of soy sauce taste, which containing the Wasabi powder.

The sharp taste of wasabi is very strong.
But I can't stop eating it !!
I like it !!

Kaisen tamatebako Don-maru : Ryukyu-Don

I went to Beppu city,Oita prefecture, the other day.

Beppu city is near the sea, so it is famous that seafoods are delicious.
I ate sea foods bowl in a lunch.

It is the shop specializing in sea foods bowls,"Kaisen tamatebako Don-maru".
It is takeout only. 
It is located in Minato-machi, Beppu-city, Oita Prefecture.

There is the menu of bowls more than 60 kinds.
The price is 500 yen.
All menu is the same price.

I ate this sea foods bowl, "Ryukyu-Don".
Ryukyu is a local specialty  which various sashimi (raw fish) pickled in soy sauce.
It is very similar to Poki of Hawaiian food.

This fish is very delicious !!

The hot spring facility: Yumetamatebako

I went to Beppu city,Oita prefecture, the other day.

Beppu is famous for a hot spring resort.
I went to a hot springs.

This is the hot spring facility, "Yumetamatebako".
It is located in Kitaju, Beppu-city, Oita Prefecture

The entrance fee for the hot spring facility is 520 yen.
There are over 10 kinds of baths.
It was a very nice feeling hot springs !!

Japanese traditional sweets shop : Amami-Chaya : Chaya Parfait

I went to Beppu city,Oita prefecture, the other day.
I visited the Japanese traditional sweets shop, "Amami-Chaya" where located in Beppu city.

Today I'd like to introduce the menu of sweets.

This is the sweets, "Chaya-Parfait".
The price is 720 yen.
This parfait is containing the ice cream of green tea, topped with sweet bean jam, chiffon cake and  mousse of green tea.

The ice cream of green tea is like the sherbet, and it is so delicious !!
The chiffon cake and  mousse are also delicious !!

 

The place and the view are very nice.
And the taste of sweets is also good !!

Excellent !!

I went to Beppu city,Oita prefecture, the other day.

I visited the Japanese traditional sweets shop in Beppu city.
Today I'd like to introduce the sweets shop.

This is the Japanese traditional sweets shop, "Amami-Chaya".
It is located in Jissoji, Beppu-city, Oita Prefecture.
Amami means sweets, Chaya means tea-house.

It is an old Japanese house among trees.
It looks antiquated !!

It is a very cool !!

I received a souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.

This is "Senba Kotanuki".
This is a souvenir from Kumamoto prefecture.

It is a steamed bun shaped like the face of raccoon.
Kotanuki means raccoon of child.
Senba is a kind of area, the area is famous of the children's song, "Anta gata Dokosa".
The children's song begins with raccoon.

It is a bite-sized steamed bun which filled with white bean jam.
This is sweet and delicious.
