ILOHAS : Peach

I introduced the flavor water, " ILOHAS" before.
I found the new ILOHAS, so I introduce it, today.

This is it,"ILOHAS Peach."
It is released on October 6, 2015.

It tastes of fresh peach well.
It is sweet, but the aftertaste is refreshing !!

I think that this ILOHAS is popular.

Autumn fruit : Wase mikan

Today I'd like to introduce fruits in season of Autumn.

This is one of fruits in season of Autumn, "Wase Mikan."
Wase means early‐ripening,Mikan means mandarin orange.

We can peel the skin of Wase Mikan by hands.
It is small, but it is very sweet.

Japanese people love this kind of Mikan.
They like to eat this Mikan with the Kotatsu in the winter.

Today I'd like to introduce the new product of Cup Noodles.

This is the new product,"Cup Noodles Pumpkin potage noodles".
It is released on October 5, 2015.

It is the limited product of Halloween.

The ingredient are pumpkin, Cheddar cheese, carrot, cabbage.

The potage soup of pumpkin is so rich and sweet.
It seems the cream pasta.
It is so delicious!!

Soul food of Yamaguchi : Kawara Soba

This is May in Japan.

Today I'd like to introduce the soul food of Yamaguchi.

This is the soul food, "Kawara soba."
Kawara soba is a local food originally created in Toyoura-cho, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

It is a kind of soba that grilled the tea-buckwheat noodles on the heated tile.

The tea-buckwheat noodles (soba) are crispy.
It matches beef and shredded omelet well.

We eat the soba with soba soup.

Everyone loves Kawara soba so much !!
