I ordered the menu, "Shiratama Zenzai".
The price is 760yen.
Shiratama Zenzai is the red bean soup with rice-flour dumplings and agar.
Shiratama means rice-flour dumplings, Zenzai means red bean soup.

I ordered Shiratama Zenzai with agar, because I could choose agar or shaved ice.

The red bean is soft and sweet.
The rice-flour dumplings are sticky.
The agar matches the red bean well.

It is so delicious !!!!!
