Today I'd like to introduce one of my favorite Bakeries.

This is "Koyase Bakery".
It is in Nakatsu City, Oita Prefecture.

This is the long-established bakery.

The baker sells traditional breads of Japan.
Many people love the breads and they come for buying from the distant place.

 

The historical stone bridge is located next to the bakery.
The stone bridge has become a sightseeing spot.

It is good for sightseeing and refreshing !!

STARBUCKS Strawberry Cake Latte

Today I'd like to introduce a new product of STARBUCKS.

This is "Strawberry Cake Latte."
It is mainly sold at convenience stores.

It is released on November 3, 2015.

It is the Latte which the espresso with fragrance of Strawberry Cake.
The sweetness of strawberry cake matches the bitterness of coffee well.

It is so good !!

Kinoko no yama : Kinako

This is May in Japan.

Last time, I introduced Kinoko no yama.
I found a new product of Kinoko no yama, so I introduce it today.

This is it, "Kinoko no yama Kinako."
It is released on April 28, 2015.

The chocolate is made of Kinano(soy flour),containing puff of rice.
The taste of chocolate is Japanese style.

That is mild and delicious !!

It is sold by Meiji from 1975.

This is a chocolate snack which mushroom-shaped.
It is so cute!!

It is a new product released on August 18, 2015.

It is the sponge cake made of sweet potato.
It smells sweet potato well.

It is so moistened and  sweet.

Japanese snack : Kakinotane

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

Today I'd like to introduce a Japanese snack.

This is it, "Kakinotane."
Kakinotane is a spicy baked or fried mochi chips.
Kaki means the persimmon of fruit, tane means seeds in Japanese.
The shape looks like the seeds of persimmon, so we call the snacks Kakinotane.
It matches peanuts well.

It is good for snacks of the liquor !!
