Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.

This is "Butter Dora ".
This is a souvenir from Yamagata prefecture.

It is a kind of Japanese confectionery, "Dorayaki".
Dorayaki is two small pancakes with bean jam in between.

This Dorayaki filled with sweet green beans paste and butter cream.
It is not too sweet, and delicious !!!
