This is May in Japan.
I went for the 23rd festival "Jojima sakagura biraki" to Kurume on February 11.
This festival is the event to enjoy newly-made sake.
It is event space of the A class which general sake or sake brewed without addition of saccharides and no more than 120 litres of seed alcohol per tonne.
People can drink one cup of sake of A class by one ticket.
B class is Junmai Sake, and people can drink one cup of sake of B class by two tickets.
It is event space of the C class which junmai ginjoshu or junmai daiginjoshu.
People can drink one cup of sake of C class by three tickets.
The junmai ginjoshu and the junmai daiginjoshu are very expensive.
This C class was very popular.
People enjoyed sake under the blue sky !!
