This is May in Japan.
I received a souvenir from my work colleagues.
Today I'd like to introduce the souvenir.
This is it, "Raicyo no sato".
This is a souvenir from Nagano Prefecture.
It is the rice crackers of European style, sandwiched vanilla cream in between.
The rice cracker has the hard texture.
It is delicious with simple sweetness.
I like it !
