The sweets fair of Japanese chestnuts at Yamaga city :Yamagashi

This is May in Japan.

I went to Yamaga city, Kumamoto Prefecture, in early November.
The objective of this trip was the sweets fair of Japanese chestnuts at Yamaga city.
Many sweet shops located in Yamaga city sold the sweets using the local chestnuts.

I visited a cake shop, "An".
I bought a baked confectionery.

This is the baked confectionery, "Yamagashi".

It is the financie of chestnuts.
It smells the chestnut.

It is the financie containing chestnuts of Yamaga.
The texture of chestnut is good.
It is moist and delicious !!
