Country Ma'am is one of long-seller products released by Fujiya and it is a moist cookie.
However, This Country Ma'am Royal is not moist.
It is a cacao cookie containing white bean jam, chocolate chips and the cocoa from Netherlands.
The white bean jam is made by white kidney beans from Hokkaido.
The texture of this cookie is dry and crumbly, but it has the excellent melt in the mouth.
It is so delicious !!
