Today I'd like to introduce one of the Japanese-style confectioneries.
This is it, Dango.
Dango means sweet rice dumpling.
This is the sweet rice dumpling coated with strained bean jam.
There are a variety of styles depending upon ingredients included.
The season of the flower viewing came !!
The cherry-trees blossom in spring.
It is thought that flower viewing is not complete without dango !!
Japanese people love dango !!
