This is "Financier of chestnut".
This is a souvenir from Kitakyusyu-city, Fukuoka prefecture.
It is sold at Kogetsudo's shop.
Kogetsudo is the famous confectionary in Kitakyusyu-city.
Kuri Manju of Kogetsudo is a famous confection.

The normal financier has the flat shape , but this financier has the round shape.
The reason of a round shape is the financier is containing a whole chestnut.
The texture of chestnut is good.
It is not too sweet.
It is moist and delicious !!
