A recipe for Butajiru

Hello.
This is May in Japan.

I cooked a Japanese home cooking, "Butajiru",the other day.

Today I'd like to introduce a recipe for Butajiru.


Ingredients
a moderate amount of pork (bits of meat)
1 carrot (quarter slice)
1 small Japanese radish (quarter slice)
1 onion (bite-size chunks cut)
1 burdock slice
5 Satoimo (taro) (bite-size chunks cut)
1 Konnyaku (bite-size chunks cut)
a moderate amount of shiitake mushroom (quarter slice)

a moderate amount of dried bonito
a moderate amount of miso paste


Directions
1.To make preparations,parboil the Konnyaku.


2.To heat a little oil in a pan, stir-fry the pork until it gets brown, then add the other ingredients.
3.Add a moderate amount of dried bonito, add water as ingredients soak and boil.


4. Finally, add miso paste to finish.


This is the Japanese home cooking !!
We love it!!
