Today I'd like to introduce a unique bread.
This is it, "Chikuwa Pan."
Chikuwa is a tubular roll of boiled fish paste.
Hokkaido is the birthplace of this bread.
It is a round soft bread with Chikuwa in its center.
The Chikuwa containing cheddar cheese.
The taste is very interesting !!
