Today I'd like to introduce the new souvenir of Hokkaido.
This is "Haskapp Jewelry".
This is a souvenir from Hokkaido prefecture.
It is a sweets consisting of two cookies with butter cream and Haskapp jam in between,and coated with chocolate.
Haskapp means Lonicera caerulea.
The Haskapp jam has a sour acidic taste.
The butter cream is smooth.
The chocolate is sweet.
That is really delicious !!
